We are pioneers in the production of micronutrients for the fertilizer industry in the North and Northeast of Brazil. Thus far, we supply in a differentiated way an expansive consumer market of agricultural raw materials agricultural frontier of the states of Maranhão, Piauí, Tocantins, Bahia and Pará (MA PI TO BA PA).
In line with sustainable environmental practices, the products manufactured, marketed and distributed by VAMFERTIL, in several different formulations, offer high efficiency and quality.
QUALITY RELIABILITY
Our micronutrients are produced under different physical specs, such as mash, compressed/granulated and 200 mesh, meeting the strictest specifications, based on IN27 minimum requirements, under the rigor of VAMTEC GROUP´S Integrated Process Management System.
Vamfertil has been awarded the proper MAPA (Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock) certifications since the beginning of operations for both manufacture and laboratory. The latter is run by our own employees, granting Vamfertil differentiation from the market.
SUPPLY RELIABILITY
We are strategically located at Camaçari Complex- Bahia, in an area of 52,400m² with modern facilities. Vamfertil has logistical advantages of easy access by road and sea to the different regions of the country, mainly to the North, Northeast and Midwest regions. This location favors the inbound of and the outbound of finished products, both in terms of cost and delivery time.
Regarding the availability of raw materials, the proximity of producers of sulfuric acid, copper, manganese, magnesium, sulphur, potassium and nitrogen products, strengthens confidence in our deliveries.
ONGOING SEARCH FOR INNOVATION AND CUSTOMER IMPROVEMENT
Vamfertil is supported by its own laboratory and by VAMTEC GROUP R&D Center, which is largely recognized for its ability to innovate and develop products, including patents and several published technical papers. Together we have carried out experiments on various processes, such as compaction, briquetting, casting, pelletizing, leaching, sintering, etc., seeking to improve or to introduce innovation in the field of fertilizers. Likewise, it is a constant practice to search for alternative sources of raw materials that add value to our products and to our customers.

Vamfertil Laboratory
Vamfertil Laboratory, through modern facilities, equipment structure and personnel, is able to carry out all testing required in the fertilizers segment, ensuring agility and reliability for the analysis of own and external products. Certified by MAPA and part of the ANDA (National Association for Diffusion of Fertilizers) check program, Vamfertil is accredited with one of the most reliable fertilizer laboratories in Brazil.
To determine the elemental composition, Vamfertil Laboratory uses atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS), with state-of-the-art sensitivity and precision. For mercury/hydride and arsenic analysis, it has a fully integrated and automated flow injection hydride generator, which provides new levels of automation and handling for AA samples, increasing dramatically laboratory productivity and capacity for these elements. Boron and phosphorus analysis is performed using UV spectrophotometer, with visible wavelength range (from 320 to 1,100 nm), with 10-measurement gyro technology, which disregards the most discrepant results and presents the average of results. We also have a Traditional Kjeldahl Distiller Macro, a device for determination of Ammoniacal Nitrogen by conventional method that has capacity for 6 simultaneous analyses; and Flame Photometer that allows up to five selectable points, where the measured data can be stored, allowing the linearization of the work curve and simultaneous readings of Na, K, Ca, Li and Ba. Vamfertil Laboratory is equipped with technology and personnel trained to carry out up to 14 metal analyses, including contaminants, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, boron and sulfur.
