The processing of by-products, transforming them into products with high added value, translates into a positive impact in the economic and socio-environmental spheres. At VAMTEC GROUP we work in partnership with our customers on solutions aimed to the circular usage of by-products, thus reducing the environmental impact, the disposal of these materials in landfills and promoting savings of primary raw materials (reduction of consumption of mineral resources). The use of by-products also reduces the general carbon footprint in relation to new raw materials usage.

We have implemented a Quality Management System integrated to the process, providing the control of the variables and the stability of our products.

We have a strategic policy to maintain safety stocks of raw materials and products, resulting in the best supply route for customers and obtaining better results in the short and long term. We evaluate the possibility of operations on consignment, stocking and exports. Our objective is to minimize logistics constraints and guarantee that our customers receive the products with quality and within the proper timing.

In addition, we maintain partnerships with recognized universities and laboratories aiming best results and reliable parameters, guaranteeing innovative processes and treatments for the destination of our customers’ by-products.
We have developed a solid experience over the years in the reuse area of by-products from the steel, ferroalloys and aluminum industries, with emphasis on forming area by briquetting, pelletizing and sintering.
